Qualifications

• Comfort working with raw chicken, fresh produce, and high volume prep tasks.
• Strong organization skills and attention to cleanliness, labeling, and rotation.
• Willingness to be cross trained and support the line when needed.

Responsabilités

• Prep fresh cut fries from scratch for daily service.
• Clean, portion, and prepare chicken to Bossy standards.
• Label, date, organize, and rotate product using first in, first out practices.
• Keep prep areas clean, stocked, and organized throughout the shift.
