Qualifications

• Previous kitchen experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily prep lists in a timely manner.
• Prepare ingredients, sauces, dressings, and other menu components according to recipes and standards.
• Maintain proper food storage, labeling, dating, and rotation (FIFO).
• Keep prep areas, walk-ins, and workstations clean and organized.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Assist with deliveries, stocking, and other kitchen duties as needed.
