The VIG in North Phoenix is seeking Prep Cooks to prepare food according to the Chef’s specifications. Duties include assisting the Executive and Sous Chefs, preparing food for service, and ensuring food quality. Qualifications

• Proven cooking experience required.
• Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
• Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks essential.

Responsibilities

• Set up and stock station with all supplies.
• Prepare food for service.
• Cook menu items in cooperation with the kitchen staff.
• Clean up station and take care of leftover food.
• Ensure food comes out simultaneously in high quality and timely.
