SSA Group is seeking a Prep Cook to join our bustling kitchen. You will wash, chop, season, marinate and help keep the kitchen clean while supporting the Kitchen Manager, Sous Chefs, and Executive Chef.

You will assist with inventory, proper storage, and adherence to nutrition and sanitation guidelines. Flexibility to work varied hours, including nights and holidays, is required to deliver warm, welcoming guest experiences across our locations.

• Knowledge of health and safety rules in a kitchen.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including nights and weekends.
• Manual dexterity for cutting tools and utensils.

Responsabilités

• Prepare a variety of ingredients, including washing, chopping, seasoning, and marinating.
• Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen by washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and organizing supplies.
• Assist in inventory management and storage of supplies.
• Ensure all food and other items are stored properly.
• Comply with nutrition and sanitation guidelines.
• Perform other kitchen duties as assigned.
