Job summary

Proof of the Pudding is seeking an entry-level, part-time Kitchen team member for the HEB Center in Cedar Park, TX. This role supports fast-paced event catering, food preparation, and safe service standards in a concession setting.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a kitchen or catering environment.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• ServSafe certification or ability to receive training.

Responsibilities

• Observe and practice all established health and sanitation procedures.
• Ensure all products are prepared, held and served at correct temperatures.
• Ensure the proper rotation, labeling and dating of all products.
• Coordinate orders to ensure they are cooked timely and with accuracy.
• Assist with restocking of all plateware and food items as needed.
• Perform opening and closing procedures per Manual.
