Morrison Living is hiring immediately for full time and part time PREP COOK positions at Croasdaile Village in Durham, NC. Schedule: 9:00 am – 6:30 pm with rotating days and weekends. Location: 2600 Croasdaile Farm Parkway, Durham, NC 27705.

Pay range: $16.00 per hour to $16.50 per hour. 2 years of prep cook experience required. You will join a team in a hospitality driven environment, where quality, teamwork and guest satisfaction are paramount.

Qualifications

• 2 years of prep cook experience required.

Responsibilities

• Prepares food according to recipes and production sheets.
• Tastes and ensures quality of prepared items.
• Operates and cleans kitchen equipment following procedures.
• Follows HACCP guidelines and maintains proper food safety standards.
• Stores, labels and dates all food items per policy.
