Responsibilities

• Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment.
• Prepare ingredients to use in cooking (chopping and peeling vegetables, cutting meat, etc.).
• Prepare, portion, cook food items for various meal periods or events.
• Ability to follow basic recipes and production information.
• Ensure great presentation by dressing dishes before serving.
• Keep a sanitized and orderly kitchen environment.
• Store all food and items properly and follow HACCP safety policies.
