You will maintain clean dishes, prep dining areas, and assist with post-shift cleanup, supporting kitchen staff to ensure smooth service. We value reliability, basic problem solving, time management, and a willingness to follow food safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimal work experience in food service or similar roles.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.
• Exceptional time management abilities.
• Ability to stand/walk for 8-hour shifts and lift at least 25 pounds.
• Willingness to comply with all food safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the availability of clean dishes by washing dishes, pots, and utensils.
• Prepare dining areas and kitchen for next shift by cleaning and restocking.
• Clean machines and appliances used in the kitchen, such as coffee makers and mixers.
• Unload and store deliveries.
• Sweep and mop floors, especially after spills or breakage.
• Take out trash and rinse garbage cans.
• Support other staff with assigned tasks as needed.
