Qualifications

• Ability to follow instructions and recipes accurately.
• Strong attention to detail with consistent prep standards.
• Able to work in fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Basic knife skills and kitchen equipment knowledge preferred.
• Prep cook experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with organization and flow of the dishwashing area.
• Sort and rinse dirty dishes, glassware, and utensils.
• Operate commercial dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Sanitize, dry, and store cleaned items per standards.
• Handle cleaning chemicals safely and appropriately.
• Replenish clean dishes to stations and service areas.
• Support prep-heavy tasks including ingredient prep and portioning.
• Assist with food prep including cutting and organizing ingredients.
• Support cooks with daily prep lists and production needs.
• Maintain clean, dry, and safe work floors in dish and prep areas.
• Communicate effectively with back- and front-of-house teams.
• Adhere to company policies and safety guidelines.
• Complete closing or side-work duties as assigned.
