Job summary

Won’t Stop Hospitality is hiring a Dishwasher/Prep Cook to maintain a clean, organized kitchen and assist with daily food preparation. You will ensure dishes, glassware, utensils, and equipment are cleaned and sanitized to company standards while helping with prep-heavy tasks and kitchen support.

The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and pride in every task. In a fast-paced restaurant setting, you will support cooks and kitchen leadership with daily prep lists, stock management, and basic recipe

Qualifications

• Ability to follow instructions and recipes accurately.
• Strong attention to detail with consistent prep standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Basic knife skills and knowledge of kitchen equipment operation preferred.
• Prep cook experience preferred.
• Team-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with dishwashing area organization and flow.
• Sort and rinse dishes, glassware, and utensils as they arrive.
• Operate commercial dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ensure items are sanitized, dried, and stored per standards.
• Replenish clean dishes and kitchen supplies to stations.
• Support prep tasks including ingredient prep, portioning, labeling, and stocking.
• Assist with food prep including cutting and organizing ingredients.
• Communicate with BOH and FOH to support service flow.
