Job summary

Won't Stop Hospitality Inc. is seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to support a fast-paced kitchen.

You will sort, rinse, sanitize, and store dishes, glassware, and utensils to company standards while maintaining a clean, safe work area. Work closely with the Kitchen Manager and BoH Shift Lead, follow health and safety policies, and demonstrate a teamwork-driven approach to keep service running smoothly and guests satisfied.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or kitchen experience preferred, with basic food handling and sanitation knowledge.
• Ability to read, write and speak fluently in the primary language of the property location.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the organization and flow of the dishwashing area.
• Sort and rinse dirty dishes, glassware, and utensils as they arrive during the shift.
• Operate commercial dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ensure all cleaned items are properly sanitized, dried, and stored according to standards.
• Manage safe use and handling of cleaning and sanitizing chemicals.
• Replenish clean dishes, utensils, and glassware to designated stations.
• Assist with light prep work as needed.
• Sweep, mop, and maintain a clean, dry, and safe dish area floor.
• Demonstrate a "clean as you go" mentality at all times.
• Communicate effectively with back-of-house and front-of-house team members to support service flow.
• Adhere to Won't Stop Hospitality Inc. policies.
• Practice "clean as you go" and complete closing or side work duties.
• Uphold all food safety, sanitation, and labeling policies.
• Other kitchen-related duties as assigned.
