D.P.Dough Prep Cook / Dishwasher

Pizza Kitchen prep cook + Dishwasher

Duties

• Food & Kitchen Prep: Stock, date, rotate & record inventory of prepared items.
• Maintain Expo Table: Food preparation & monitoring of temperatures.
• Dough Stations: Make dough.
• Dishes: Proper sink setup, wash, dry & put dishes away.

Hours of Operation: 4PM-2AM (3AM on Thur Fri and Sat)

Availability: Flexible Late Nights & Weekends are a MUST!

You must also show proof of transportation and be physically able to lift up to 25 pounds.
