A leading food service provider is seeking a D.P. Dough Prep Cook/Dishwasher to assist with kitchen duties, food preparation, and maintaining cleanliness. Job Description:

Pizza Kitchen prep cook + Dishwasher

Duties:

Food & Kitchen Prep: Stock, date, rotate & record inventory of prepared items.

Maintain Expo Table: Food preparation & monitoring of temperatures.

Dough Stations: Make dough! .

Dishes: Propper sink setup, wash, dry & put dishes away.

Hours of Operation: 4PM-2AM (3AM on Thur Fri and Sat)

Availability: Flexible Late Nights & Weekends are a MUST!
