Job summary

Cornucopia Natural Foods in Sayville, NY is seeking a prep cook to help prep fresh fruits, vegetables, and other ingredients for daily dishes in a fast-paced, allergen-friendly kitchen.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prep fresh fruits, vegetables, animal products, and dry goods for cooking.
• Assemble and cook prepared ingredients to create finished dishes.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Stock and maintain ingredients in frozen, refrigerated, and dry storage.
• Work quickly to keep up with team pace and adhere to health codes.
