Job Title: Prep Cook

The Prep Cook is a vital part of our kitchen team at Nektar, a destination dining landmark in Bucks County. Our team works collaboratively to support each other and ensure the success of our restaurant.

While kitchen experience isn’t required, we value an eagerness to learn, knife skills, humility, professionalism, and an earnest attitude. If you're ready to start or advance your culinary career, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

1. Breaking down and portioning proteins
2. Cutting vegetables
3. Following recipes for sauces, dressings, etc.
4. Preparing ingredients and simple dishes
5. Expediting
6. Food running
7. Dish washing
8. Receiving deliveries and checking orders

Job Details:

Type: Full-time & Part-time

Salary: $30,000 - $35,000 per year

Experience:

• Restaurant: 1 year (Preferred)
• Cooking: 1 year (Preferred)

Work Authorization:

• United States (Preferred)

Pay Frequency:

• Bi-weekly or twice monthly
