Job Summary:

The Dishwasher is responsible for duties such as washing dishes, maintaining cleanliness of the kitchen, food preparation, organization, sanitation, and production of food items, as well as closing and storage for individual workstations as needed.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Set up daily prep and organize the workstation.
• Operate the dishwashing machine, sink pot scrub station, and all ware washing setups, including opening and closing procedures.
• Dispose of all food waste, manage trash receptacles, and breakdown boxes and larger containers for disposal.
• Sweep and mop all kitchen floors as directed.
• Prepare and store all food items necessary for kitchen operation, adhering to quality standards.
• Assist in receiving and procuring goods in accordance with safety and sanitation procedures.
• Communicate with the Chef(s) regarding special products or equipment issues.
• Assist team members, members, and guests to ensure excellent service and team collaboration.

About You:

• Previous experience in stewarding or kitchen prep is favorable.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
