Job summary

Flik Hospitality Group is hiring a full-time Prep Cook in Smithfield, RI. The role requires preparing food to meet production sheets and recipes, with a 7:00 am–3:00 pm schedule from Monday through Friday. The position offers training and potential growth within a diverse hospitality team.

You will work under HACCP guidelines, handle food preparation, maintain logs, and ensure the quality and safety of meals served to guests. Competitive pay and benefits are provided at select locations.

Qualifications

• Previous deli experience preferred.
• Able to follow recipes and production standards.
• Able to work Monday–Friday, 7:00 am to 3:00 pm.

Responsibilities

• Prepares items on production sheets following established quantities and recipes.
• Completes and follows daily production worksheets and waste log sheets.
• Tastes completed meals to ensure quality.
• Operates and cleans equipment per department procedures after each use.
• Stores, labels and dates all food items according to policy and HACCP guidelines.
• Resolves customer concerns and serves customers in a friendly manner.
