Flik Hospitality Group is hiring a GRILL COOK for a full-time role at our Fidelity location in Smithfield, RI. Shift runs Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:00 pm. The position requires prior short-order and grill cooking experience and offers a fixed pay rate of $20.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience in grill cooking and short-order cooking required.

Responsibilities

• Takes orders from customers and prepares items requiring short preparation.
• Prepares items from steam tables and serves at multiple stations.
• Ensures food is served at correct temperature and visually appealing.
• Follows approved recipes and portion controls.
• Maintains sanitation and safe food handling procedures.
• Reports concerns to supervisor and attends trainings.
