Job summary

Compass Group USA in Waterbury, CT is hiring immediately for a full-time Prep Cook position at 800 Country Club Road. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 6:30 am to 2:30 pm, with online applications accepted only.

Qualifications

• Prior cooking, quick service, and commercial kitchen experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepares items on production sheets following established quantities and recipes.
• Obtains daily production schedule and preparation requirements from the Chef.
• Completes and follows daily production worksheets and waste log sheets.
• Stores, labels and dates all food items according to policy. Follows HACCP guidelines.
• Takes orders from customer and prepare items requiring short preparation time.
• Serves customers in an efficient and friendly manner.
