Responsibilities

• Serves meals or prepares for delivery with proper portioning and correct temperatures.
• Maintains kitchen cleanliness and adheres to safe food-handling procedures.
• Assists in ordering and receiving food and supplies; reports maintenance issues.
• Supports in production planning, record keeping and reporting as required.
