Fitlife Foods is seeking a Cold Line/Prep Team Member at our Plant City, FL location. This full-time role involves working in a cold kitchen, following recipes, and supporting a fast-paced team to produce prepared meals.

You will handle ingredients, maintain inventory, and ensure safety and cleanliness standards. The position offers meals, a collaborative culture, and potential for growth within a growing Florida company.

Qualifications

Position: Cold Line/Prep Team Member

Status: Full Time

Work Environment

Temperatures could range from 36 degrees to 85 degrees Fahrenheit. Boots and jackets are provided at no charge if working under refrigeration.

Hours of Work

4 days a week (8 to 10 hour shifts); hours vary

We offer 2 paid breaks and 1 lunch break.

Cold Line/Prep Team Member Mission

We are looking for an ambitious Line/Prep Cook to assist in the preparation of delicious dishes in the kitchen. You’ll perform routine kitchen tasks such as setting up workstations and ingredients so that food can be prepared according to recipes.

A great line/prep cook will be quick and diligent and willing to improve on the job. You will be deft and able to follow instructions as well as all health and safety rules in the kitchen. The ideal candidate will also be able to function in a fast-paced, busy environment as a part of a team. If you have restaurant industry experience and a passion for food prep and strong customer service, we want you!
