Responsibilities

Customer Engagemen t: Welcome customers with warmth and establish genuine connections, offering an immersive and captivating store tour for an interactive and memorable shopping experience.
Product Knowledge: Stay informed about products and benefits to showcase expertise of menu details, wellness coaching, home delivery, and all the fantastic perks Fitlife Foods has to offer.
Sales Generation: Amplify sales through your expert recommendations by utilizing product knowledge to recommend and upsell items.
Maintain Cleanliness: Keep our store looking sharp by following Fitlife Foods\' high standards for a clean, vibrant, and inviting atmosphere that sets the stage for extraordinary shopping adventures.
Team Collaboration: Work cohesively with your store team to achieve common goals. Share insights, provide support, and contribute to a positive team environment.
Relationship Building & Marketing: Dive into opportunities to connect with local businesses, fostering relationships with trainers, business owners, and patrons in our vibrant community.
No food production note: All meals are sourced from our central culinary facility in Plant City, FL.
