Fitlife Foods is seeking a Cold Line/Prep Team Member at our Plant City, FL location. This full-time role involves working in a cold kitchen, following recipes, and supporting a fast-paced team to produce prepared meals.

You will handle ingredients, maintain inventory, and ensure safety and cleanliness standards. The position offers meals, a collaborative culture, and potential for growth within a growing Florida company.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work weekends, holidays and extended periods of time.
• Knowledge of proper food handling procedures is preferred.
• Ability to follow recipes and plate guidelines precisely.
• Able to read, understand and carry out tasks per plate or recipe guide.

Responsibilities

• Measure and assemble ingredients for menu items.
• Maintain accurate food inventories.
• Properly store food items at appropriate temperatures.
• Rotate stock items per procedures.
• Restock for subsequent shifts.
• Ensure the prep area and kitchen are cleaned and sanitized at shift end.
