Job summary

Margaritaville Fort Myers Beach is seeking a Prep Cook to join the Margaritaville Resort Fort Myers Beach team. The role focuses on prep work, station setup, and maintaining high food quality while adhering to safety guidelines.

Ideal candidates have at least six months as a prep cook, strong communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment. This is a part-time, on-site position with opportunities for growth within the Margaritaville/TPI Hospitality

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Six months minimum experience as a prep cook in a full-service restaurant.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure materials and supplies are available for prep and service.
• Set up prep station per guidelines for guest safety and efficiency.
• Prepare foods per recipes and plating guidelines to maintain quality and timing.
• Maintain cleanliness of workstation and equipment; assist in kitchen cleanliness.
• Restock and breakdown workstation at end of shift for readiness.
