Cabot Citrus Farms in Brooksville, FL is seeking a Prep Cook to support our culinary team in delivering high-quality dishes while upholding safety and sanitation standards. The role focuses on accurate prep, equipment handling, and timely service in a fast-paced resort kitchen.

You will work with the BOH team to maintain cleanliness, assist with stock and organization, and participate in deep cleaning and safety practices. This full-time position offers benefits and weekend shifts.

Qualificações

• Previous kitchen experience preferred.
• Basic cooking techniques, food safety, and equipment knowledge.
• Strong organizational and teamwork abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare food items in a sanitary, timely manner following recipes and presentation specs.
• Assist with cleaning, sanitizing, and organizing kitchen equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, including refrigeration and prep spaces.
• Demonstrate safe use of kitchen tools and knives.
• Maintain open communication with BOH team and support staff.
• Participate in deep cleaning of BOH areas and equipment.
• Contribute to a positive work environment and teamwork.
