Cabot Citrus Farms in Brooksville, FL is seeking a Kitchen Porter to keep the kitchen clean and organized, support the culinary team, and help with basic food prep and dishwashing. You will work closely with the BOH team to uphold sanitation standards in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Wash dishes, pots, pans, and other kitchen utensils using appropriate cleaning equipment and chemicals.
• Maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen area, including countertops, floors, equipment, and storage areas
• Responsible for sorting and disposing of waste according to established procedures, promoting recycling and sustainability practices.
• Portion prepared food items as required in a sanitary and timely manner in accordance with recipes, portion control, and presentation specifications.
• Assisting with stock management tasks, such as receiving deliveries, storing goods, and rotating inventory
• Cleaning, sanitizing, and organizing of kitchen and culinary equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas including refrigeration, cooking equipment, and prep areas.
• Maintain open communication with the BOH team.
• Participate in deep cleaning of BOH work areas, including but not limited to, refrigeration, cooking equipment, and prep areas.
• Support others and foster a positive work environment.
