As a part of our team, you'll help deliver our mission by joining a group of GOATS that will continue to grow our brand's legacy and serve as brand stewards. Prep Cooks are responsible for cooking and preparing a variety of food products including meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, sauces, stocks, breads, and other items using various equipment and utensils according to the Daily Prep List.

Requirements

• Must possess or be able to obtain a valid food safety certification or other food/alcohol certification as required by law.
• Able to stand for 10 hours and lift at least 50 pounds.
• Good hearing for safety and communication.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak in English.
• Reliable transportation required.

Our Prep Cooks are responsible for ensuring guests have an excellent experience through high-quality food preparation and presentation, adhering to recipes and food safety standards. They support the success of the Heart of House by ensuring menu items are stocked and prepped properly, maintaining cleanliness, and following all food safety practices.
