Summary of Position

As a Prep Cook, you'll work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, ensuring your team has the ingredients and products needed to deliver meals to our guests.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare cooking items according to recipes and procedures.
  • Maintain and clean all kitchen equipment, preparation, and storage areas.
  • Stock and rotate products to ensure they are within shelf life standards.
  • Ensure products are accurately portioned and prepared as specified.
  • Use FIFO (first in, first out) standards when preparing items.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, prep areas, coolers, and storage areas.
  • Assist with dishwashing and restocking as needed.
Qualifications
  • Prior prep cook experience is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to stand, walk, reach, and bend for extended periods.
