Job summary

Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar in Riverside, CA is seeking a Prep Cook to support the kitchen during busy shifts. You will prep and portion ingredients, keep the station organized, assist with daily kitchen tasks, and support culinary operations with food safety priorities to ensure quality for guests.

Requirements include at least one year of restaurant prep cook experience. You will work with a team to maintain storage, sanitation, and efficiency in a fast-paced environment, and

• Experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment is preferred.

At Fleming’s, your first and most important responsibility will be creating memorable moments for our guests through our premium prime steaks, best-in-class seafood and innovative plant-based entrees which always impress our guests! As aPrep Cook, you will also be responsible for proper storage of products in the walk-in cooler and walk-in freezer as well as keeping the dry storage organized. You will also prep and prepare food to ensure a successful shift. Fleming’s is a positive and fast-paced environment and working well with a team of others is important. You may need to maintain the dishwasher station throughout the day and will be asked to help with other duties in the kitchen as well as be committed to industry leading food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards.

Experience:
