Job summary

Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar in Michigan is seeking a Host to greet guests warmly, manage guest flow and create memorable dining experiences. You will be organized, courteous, and enjoy engaging guests to set a welcoming tone as they arrive and wait for seating.

Responsibilities include answering calls, directing guests efficiently, and upholding Fleming’s warmth and hospitality throughout the dining experience. Prior customer service is valued for a positive guest encounter.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of previous experience providing customer service.
• Experience with answering customer calls and phone etiquette.

You should always be an example of Fleming’s warmth and hospitality including putting our Guests at ease during a wait, answer phones, and direct the calls in a prompt and professional manner.

Experience:

• Minimum one year of previous experience providing customer service
