Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse in Riverside, CA is seeking an experienced Line Cook to join our fast-paced kitchen. You will be responsible for preparing premium steaks and seafood, maintaining a clean and organized station, and contributing to a positive team environment.

As aLine Cookyou will need to be committed to industry leading food safety, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards. You will also be responsible for proper storage of products in the walk-in cooler and walk-in freezer as well as keeping the dry storage organized. You will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining your station on the line, and monitoring ticket times and food quality. Experience:
