Job summary

Montage Deer Valley is seeking a Prep Cook to craft cold items such as salads, dressings, and desserts, while plating with expertise. You will uphold sanitation standards and culinary techniques at the highest level and support fellow cooks during busy service times.

You should enjoy storytelling through food, be a team player, and adapt to a luxury hotel environment. This role includes many opportunities for growth and guest-centered experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in a standalone restaurant or hotel environment is a plus.
• Luxury hotel experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for preparation of all cold items including salads, dressings, garnishes, and plating of desserts.
• Maintain sanitation standards and culinary techniques to prepare food at a high level.
• Assist cooks as needed during service and work collaboratively with the kitchen team.
