Job summary

Montage Deer Valley in Utah is seeking a Lead Server to supervise day-to-day restaurant operations while delivering outstanding guest service in a luxury setting.

You will guide the server team, oversee staffing, train on menu knowledge and wine service, and engage guests with personalized recommendations to create memorable experiences. This role supports a high-energy team and offers benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum experience in food & beverage operations.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Luxury hotel experience a plus.
