Job summary

Montage Deer Valley is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead a high‑performing team in a luxury hotel environment. You will train staff, manage inventory, and ensure exceptional service across food and beverage outlets while addressing guest needs with professionalism.

The role requires at least 1 year in F&B operations, flexibility for weekends/holidays, and comfort with Micros or similar systems. Join a team dedicated to creating memorable guest experiences and WOW moments.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience in food and beverage operations.
• Luxury hotel experience is a plus.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Proficient computer skills; experience with Micros or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Train new staff and provide ongoing training to enhance skills.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies to prevent waste.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally.
• Assist management with scheduling, labor controls and admin duties.
• Support Department Manager in developing and maintaining service standards.
• Ensure beverages and food are served professionally and timely; maintain side-work completion.
• Interact with guests to create memorable experiences and WOW moments.
