Kitchen To Go, Inc. is seeking a prep cook to join a strong team in Pacoima, CA. The ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and hardworking with attention to detail. Responsibilities include following recipes, bulk preparation, labeling inventory, and maintaining clean, safe workstation conditions.

• Follow recipes and prepare dishes in bulk.
• Sanitize and prepare equipment and workstation for cooking.
• Weigh and measure ingredients.
• Mix, wash, peel, chop, grind, strain, slice meat and vegetables in bulk.
• Basic cooking functions such as preparing sauces.
• Label stock and inventory all ingredients.
• Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
• Pre package daily meals going out.
• Able to adhere to temperature guidelines hot and cold.
• Able to work in a group environment.
