Base pay range

$26.42/hr - $26.42/hr

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Prep Cook to join our team for a part-time position, working three days a week with occasional weekend shifts. As a Prep Cook, you will be responsible for preparing ingredients, following food safety guidelines, and assisting with the overall efficiency of our kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, chop, and assemble ingredients for daily meal prep.
• Ensure all prep work meets quality and safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations.
• Follow recipes and instructions to support the kitchen team.
• Assist with inventory management, including restocking supplies and rotating stock.
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Ensure all equipment is properly cleaned and maintained.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Must have a valid ServSafe Certification and Food Handler’s Certification. Applicant without certifications will not be considered.
• Previous experience in a prep cook or similar role is required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Must be a self starter to meet the demand of the kitchen operations.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well with a team.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
