Responsibilities

• Label and stock all ingredients
• Wash, chop, and mix large quantities of vegetables, meats, and other ingredients
• Ensure ingredients are fresh by checking storage temperatures regularly
• Follow all relevant nutrition and sanitation guidelines
• Follow recipes precisely
• Dispose of spoiled food and waste properly
• Maintain cleanliness and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Qualifications

• Understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, and equipment
• Ability to execute tasks with precision and speed in a fast-paced environment
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently under pressure
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
