As a Prep Cook at Bar Louie, your primary focus is ensuring every guest feels safe and satisfied with the food you prepare. You are dedicated to cleanliness, accuracy, and quality. Your work may involve prepping, dishwashing, or line work depending on shift needs. You are focused, fast, adaptable, and pride yourself on your work. Physical Requirements
Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds constantly and up to 50 pounds as needed. Capable of working in hot or cold environments, standing and walking for extended periods, and performing frequent hand washing. Must be able to use knives and food prep equipment and communicate effectively.
