• Providing the Gordon Ramsay standard of remarkable experiences and exceptional hospitality to our guests.
• Cooking and preparing various recipes and food products according to the prep lists provided by the chef.
• Preparing all batch recipes in accordance with portion and quality control, temperature guidelines, and company issued recipes.
• Managing station set up, prep work, stocking, cleanliness, organization, sanitation, break down and storage.
• Performing tasks on a variety of kitchen equipment such as grill, fryer, broiler, oven, etc.
