Job summary

Ramsay's Kitchen - Naperville is seeking a Prep Cook to deliver Gordon Ramsay's standard of remarkable hospitality to our guests. You will cook and prepare various recipes and products according to prep lists, ensuring proper portions, quality and temperature guidelines.

You will manage your station end-to-end: setup, prep, stocking, cleanliness, organization, sanitation, breakdown and storage, and operate kitchen equipment such as grill, fryer, broiler and oven in a fast-paced team environment.

Job description

Our Prep Cooks are responsible for providing the Gordon Ramsay standard of remarkable experiences and exceptional hospitality to our guests. The Prep Cook is responsible for cooking and preparing various recipes and food products according to the prep lists provided by the chef. The Prep Cook will prepare all batch recipes in accordance with, portion and quality control, temperature guidelines, and company issued recipes. They’re responsible for all aspects of their station including set up, prep work, stocking, cleanliness, organization, sanitation, break down and storage. The role will be performed on a variety of kitchen equipment such as grill, fryer, broiler, oven, etc.
