As a part of our team, you'll help deliver our mission by joining a group of GOATS who will continue to grow the legacy of our brand and be brand stewards. Prep Cooks are responsible for cooking and preparing a variety of food products including meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, sauces, stocks, breads, and other items using various equipment and utensils according to the Daily Prep List.

Requirements

• Must possess or be able to obtain a valid food safety certification or other food/alcohol certification, as required by state law
• Able to stand for 10 hours and lift at least 50 pounds
• Good hearing for safety and accurate communication
• Must be able to read, write, and speak in English
• Must have reliable transportation

Additional Responsibilities

• Ensure guests have an exceptional experience through high-quality food preparation and presentation, adhering to recipes
• Support the success of the Heart of House by ensuring menu items are stocked and prepped according to food safety and recipe standards
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in all food prep areas
• Follow all food safety practices
