Prep Cooks are responsible for cooking and preparing a variety of food products including meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, sauces, stocks, breads, and other items using various equipment and utensils according to the Daily Prep List.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications (with or without accommodation):

• Must possess or be able to obtain a valid food safety certification or other required food/alcohol certifications as per state law
• Able to stand for 10 hours and lift at least 50 pounds
• Good hearing for safety and accurate communication
• Must be able to read, write, and speak in English
• Must have reliable transportation
