Responsibilities

  • Wash, cut, slice, chop, and portion vegetables, meats, and other ingredients
  • Prepare sandwiches, salads, grab-and-go items, desserts, and other menu items
  • Follow recipes and proper portion sizes
  • Set up and stock kitchen stations before service
  • Label, date, rotate, and properly store food
  • Follow FIFO procedures to maintain freshness and reduce waste
  • Monitor food temperatures and follow food safety procedures
  • Keep prep areas, equipment, and workstations clean and sanitized
  • Assist cooks during breakfast and lunch service as needed
  • Restock ingredients and supplies throughout the shift
  • Assist with receiving and putting away deliveries
  • Complete opening, closing, and cleaning duties
  • Follow all company, food safety, and workplace safety procedures

Prep Cook

We are looking for a dependable, hardworking, and organized Prep Cook to join our food service team. The Prep Cook plays an important role in preparing fresh ingredients and food items to ensure our kitchen is ready for fast and efficient breakfast and lunch service.

Schedule

Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-3:00 PM

Responsibilities
