Job summary

Ruby Slipper Restaurant Group is seeking a reliable Prep Cook to assist in preparing delicious dishes in our kitchen. You will follow recipes, chop vegetables, and help with butchering meat while upholding high cleanliness standards and organization.

Ideal candidates have proven prep cook experience, knowledge of cooking techniques and food safety, and strong teamwork and time management abilities. A high school diploma or equivalent is expected; culinary certification is a plus.

  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food production
  • Follow proper food handling procedures and sanitation guidelines
  • Monitor food levels and replenish items as needed
