Jim 'N Nick's Community Bar-B-Q is seeking a precise, reliable team member for our kitchen line. No experience required—we’ll teach you the JNN way and help you grow with us.

You’ll chop, mix, portion, and prepare sauces and sides to exact recipes, label and rotate stock, and keep your area spotless. Expect a fast-paced, high-energy environment with opportunities to advance from line cook to kitchen lead. This role is hands-on, physical, with standing, lifting, and teamwork.

The Physical Stuff: This role is hands-on and high-energy. You’ll be on your feet 8+ hours a day standing and walking for extended periods while lifting up to 50 lbs in a live kitchen and stockroom areas. Bending, reaching, climbing, and equipment operation are all part of the craft.
