Job summary

Jim 'N Nick's Community BBQ is seeking a hands-on line cook to prep sauces, sides, and ingredients to exact recipes. You will label, date, and rotate products, keep the area clean, and set the line up to perform before doors open.

No experience is required as we provide training and a clear pathway from the line to pitmaster and kitchen manager. This on-site role offers competitive pay and flexible schedules within a hands-on, high-energy team environment.

The Physical Stuff:

This role is hands-on and high-energy. You'll be on your feet 8+ hours a day standing and walking for extended periods while lifting up to 50 lbs in a live kitchen and stockroom areas. Bending, reaching, climbing, and equipment operation are all part of the craft. These requirements reflect the essential functions of the role and may be performed with or without reasonable accommodation.
