Job summary

Jim 'N Nick's Community Bar-B-Q is seeking team members for our fast-paced kitchen, where prep, cooking, and line setup determine a great service. You’ll chop, mix, portion, and prepare sauces, sides, and ingredients to our exact recipes and specs, labeling and rotating products and keeping your area spotless as opening time approaches.

We train you in the JNN way with no prior experience required, and you’ll have opportunities for real advancement from line cook to pitmaster and beyond.

The Physical Stuff:

This role is hands-on and high-energy. You’ll be on your feet 8+ hours a day standing and walking for extended periods while lifting up to 50 lbs in a live kitchen and stockroom areas. Bending, reaching, climbing, and equipment operation are all part of the craft. These requirements reflect the essential functions of the role and may be performed with or without reasonable accommodation.
