Jim 'N Nick's Community Bar-B-Q in Columbus is seeking hands-on team members for a fast-paced kitchen role. You’ll chop, mix, portion, and prepare sauces, sides, and ingredients to exact recipes and specs, label and rotate products, keep your area spotless, and set the line up to win before doors open.

No experience required—we’ll teach you the JNN way. This role is high-energy, on your feet 8+ hours, lifting up to 50 lbs, with opportunities to advance from line cook to pitmaster to kitchen

The Physical Stuff:

This role is hands-on and high-energy. You'll be on your feet 8+ hours a day standing and walking for extended periods while lifting up to 50 lbs in a live kitchen and stockroom areas. Bending, reaching, climbing, and equipment operation are all part of the craft. These requirements reflect the essential functions of the role and may be performed with or without reasonable accommodation.
