Jim 'N Nick's Community Bar-B-Q in Augusta, GA is seeking hands-on team members for a fast-paced kitchen role. You’ll chop, mix, portion, and prepare sauces, sides, and ingredients to exact recipes and specs; you’ll label, date, rotate products, and keep your area spotless.

No experience is required—we’ll teach you the JNN way. This role is high-energy and physical, with 8+ hour shifts on your feet, lifting up to 50 lbs.

The Physical Stuff: This role is hands-on and high-energy. You’ll be on your feet 8+ hours a day standing and walking for extended periods while lifting up to 50 lbs in a live kitchen and stockroom areas. Bending, reaching, climbing, and equipment operation are all part of the craft.
