Job summary

Famous Dave's in Minnesota is seeking a kitchen team member to produce and maintain the quality of menu items assigned to your station, following the restaurant's recipes and specifications while upholding food safety, sanitation and timely service.

You will work to ensure recipe adherence, portion control, cleanliness, and teamwork, with the ability to balance multiple tasks, communicate well, and take initiative during busy periods.

• Productivity -- Your productivity is measured, not only by the quality of what you do, but by the quantity of work you complete in a specific time period
